Full refund within 14 days
Revive Standard ($5, or ₹449 in India, paid once) and Revive Pro ($35 a month) can be refunded in full within 14 days of the payment. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Email hello@theserifs.com from the address you bought with.
- Include your order or payment ID (from your receipt) or, for UPI, the UTR number.
- We reply within 2 working days and send the refund to the same card, UPI account or bank account you paid with.
Once the refund is sent, banks usually show it within 5 to 7 working days. UPI refunds are often quicker.
Cancelling Pro
Pro renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time; it stops the next renewal, and Pro keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for. After that Revive goes back to Standard, and nothing you changed on your PC is lost.
Payments that went wrong
If you were charged twice, or paid but didn't get your download, write to us with the payment ID and we'll fix it or refund the duplicate straight away.
