Everything you need to know about pricing, timelines, time zones, and how we work together.
How much does a project cost?
Sprints start from $3,500, Brand OS engagements from $12,000, and Design Partner retainers from $4,500/month with a 3-month minimum. Every engagement is scoped and quoted after a 30-minute call.
How long does a project take?
A Sprint goes live in 14 days. Brand OS runs 6–10 weeks. Design Partner is an ongoing monthly retainer.
We're not in India. How do time zones work?
We hold 3 call slots daily, 9am–12pm ET, reply on Slack within 4 working hours, and send a Loom walkthrough on every handoff so you can review on your own time.
How do payments work?
50% to start, 50% on delivery. We invoice in USD via Wise or bank transfer, with a zero-rated export invoice with no GST added.
Who owns the work?
You do. Full IP ownership transfers to you on final payment, working files included.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before the first call if you prefer.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds per phase, defined up front. No surprise scope, no surprise invoices.
What if it isn't working?
You can stop at any phase boundary by paying the kill fee, and you keep everything produced to that point.
What design formats will I receive?
You will receive PNG, JPEG, PSD and vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) to ensure compatibility across all platforms.
Do you build AI features?
Yes. Our co-founder Rohit leads AI and data engineering (ex-Samsung AI). See the Data Profiler in our lab for the kind of work we ship.
Do you make videos too?
Yes. Our in-house video team makes product demos, launch films, social reels, and motion graphics. Add it to any plan or book it on its own, quoted after a short call.
